Items that are not damaged or worn may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of original purchase date (refund will not include shipping and handling). For Christmas gifts, Reflect Gear will accept returns and exchanges for up to 90 days. Use return form below and indicate reason for return (i.e., size, etc.)

Reflect Gear makes every effort to provide the highest quality product. If you think your merchandise is defective, please return it along with a completed return form explaining the defect. Please include a comment on the return form with the amount that it cost you to ship the defective item back. Reflect Gear will reimburse return shipping charges (up to $6.50) on any item found to be defective.

Four-Step Return and Exchange Instructions:

1. Review the guidelines listed above regarding the returns and exchanges. Important to Note: allowed refund period.


2. Please fill out the return form on the back side of your packing slip or download and print a new return form. On the form, please include the order number, the item(s) you wish to return, the items you wish to exchange for (if applicable), and your return address information. In addition, if you are requesting another item of a different size or style, please check the website first for availability. Finally, if there is a price difference between the returned and the requested items, please include your credit card information for the difference amount.


3. Ship the returned items to the address below. For your protection, we suggest returning your merchandise with a shipping method that offers a tracking or delivery confirmation number.
