How do I buy a gift certificate?Gift certificates are available for purchase by clicking on “Gift Certificate” in any of the product tabs. Gift certificates are available in an email versions and comes in amounts of $25, $50 and $100. Gift Certificates and balances will not expire.Can I purchase other items at the same time as gift certificates?Yes. You can purchase merchandise and a gift certificate at the same time. Please keep in mind that we can only ship one order to one location. You may order an email gift certificate along with a physical order; the certificate will still be emailed, and the rest of your order will ship as normal.I live near Chattanooga, can I stop by your office and buy stuff?Of course! Stop by the Reflect Gear office and purchase your favorite Reflect Gear Christian clothing. We’re open to the public, Monday through Friday, 11:00 am to 3:00 pm, we’re located at 1249 Leaside Lane, Hixson, TN 37343. During the checkout process, your card number is passed through a secure portal where the card information is encrypted for protection. Upon completion of the transaction, the information is no longer stored within the database.We do store your first and last name, your email address and phone number along with your billing and shipping address. We do not share any of your personal information with any outside third party affiliates or vendors of Reflect Gear. How long will it take for my order to ship?Your order will be processed as soon as possible. Processing time is dependent on overall order volume. Reflect Gear ships USPS Standard and Priority and most packages are received in 3 – 5 business days. We do offer USPS Express which is next day in most areas.We are currently unable to ship to PO or APO/FPO boxes through the website. If you need to ship an order to a PO Box or APO/FPO, call Customer Service at 1-877-556-9315, Monday through Thursday: 8:30 am to 5:00 pm and Friday: 8:30 am to 3:00 pm. How accurate are the colors shown online?The colors depicted on ReflectGear.com are a close depiction of our colors but may not be an exact rendition. Each individual’s color monitor may interpret the colors differently. We use industry “best practice” methods to try and ensure that the colors display well across many monitors. When you view the details of a product, there is a link to “see more views.” This may help provide you with a better indication of color.How do I care for my Reflect Gear products?Standard Tees:Our standard tees are pigment dyed and have a softer look and feel. Launder separately before wearing to avoid dye transfer. Wash cold, and tumble dry low. Do not use bleach. Do not dry clean. Do not use stain remover. Iron on low, do not iron design. Fitted Tees: Machine wash cold with like colors only. Non-chlorine bleach when needed. Tumble dry on low. Use a warm iron if needed, do not iron design.
